Working together
What types of businesses does Tide & Co. work with?
Established and ambitious businesses in Belize and other appropriate markets, including hospitality and tourism, real estate and development, commercial brands, and founders and public-facing people. The common thread is a business that wants its marketing handled properly: a clear message, a consistent brand and the work to match.
Can we hire Tide & Co. for a single project, or for ongoing work?
Both. A website, a brand, a campaign, a film, a photo set or a 360° tour can each be a single, clearly scoped project. We can also act as your ongoing marketing partner, planning, creating, running and improving your marketing alongside you. We agree the scope in writing first.
Process
How does a project begin?
With a conversation. Tell us about the business, the place or the person, and what the work needs to achieve through the project enquiry form. We reply with questions and an honest view of scope, then agree goals, deliverables and what success should look like before anything is made.
Scope & budget
Can we combine filming, photography and website development?
Yes, and for most clients that is the point. Film, photography and a website work best when they are planned together, so the same story, look and message run through all of them and the business reads as one company. Any single piece can also be commissioned on its own.
Do you handle posting and ongoing content management?
Only when it is part of the agreed scope. By default we deliver approved assets and, for websites, launch the site. Ongoing posting, distribution and campaign management can be included when a project calls for them, and are scoped and agreed separately.
Existing brands & websites
What happens if we already have a brand or a website?
We start by reviewing what you have: brand presentation, content, website, visuals and the path a customer takes to an enquiry. The aim is to keep what already works and to be specific about what to fix or make, in what order.
